I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help me develop a Whatsapp Chatbot with an existing decision tree. I specifically need basic messaging support along with replies to customer messages, but no additional features. The Chatbot should be able to properly respond to customer inquiries on an automated basis with the provided decision tree. I'm expecting the Chatbot to be an effective and efficient customer service tool that will streamline my team's workload.
