WhatsApp Worker-Matching Chatbot
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want to launch a simple yet robust WhatsApp-based job assistant aimed at blue-collar workers and technicians. The flow is straightforward:
• Workers message the bot, choose their trade, and submit four mandatory details: their name with contact number, skill set & years of experience, current location with availability, and their expected salary.
• Employers post opportunities through the same WhatsApp number in a guided format.
• The bot stores every profile or job post in Google Sheets (or Airtable if you prefer) and runs a basic rules-based match so I can broadcast openings to the right workers instantly.
Core features I need built:
1. WhatsApp Business API integration (Twilio, Gupshup, or WATI—whichever you are most comfortable with).
2. Dialog/flow builder setup that handles worker onboarding, employer posting, opt-ins, and opt-outs.
3. Admin panel or script that pushes all data to the chosen sheet and lets me trigger segmented broadcasts.
4. Lightweight matching logic using the four data points above, with the ability to refine filters later.
5. Clear deployment, hand-over, and a brief training call so I can run the bot myself.
