What you’ll do:
• Monitor our dedicated WhatsApp number during agreed-upon hours.
• Provide friendly, accurate answers about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Share images or links we supply when a customer requests more detail.
• Keep a simple log of each chat in Google Sheets so I can track conversations and follow-ups.
• Escalate unusual questions or urgent issues to me immediately.
Success looks like consistent response times under two minutes, well-documented chats, and visible conversion of inquiries to orders.
Familiarity with sales chat etiquette, persuasive writing, and basic spreadsheet updates will make this job smoother. All training materials, FAQs, and product catalogs are ready for you, so you can start earning from home right away.
