WhatsApp Real Estate Listing Chatbot

I need a WhatsApp-based chatbot that can take a user from the first “Hi” all the way to a short-list of properties that fit their requirements, without any human intervention. It must work for both residential and commercial enquiries, gather the essentials—property type, budget, preferred locations, bed/bath count—and still leave room for extra notes. Once the details are captured, the bot should instantly search my inventory database, pick the best matches, and reply in plain text with concise descriptions, pricing, and basic highlights.
The flow has to feel natural, handle spelling variations and follow-up questions, and log every chat so I can export the leads later. I’m open to whatever stack you prefer, as long as it connects reliably to the WhatsApp Business API and lets me update the property list through a simple spreadsheet or webhook.

• Admin interface (web or CLI) to upload or edit property data and tweak question wording
• Real-time matching algorithm that supports future filters (e.g., furnished, parking)

Acceptance criteria
1. User enters requirements, receives at least three matching listings in under ten seconds.
2. All captured fields appear in an exportable CSV or direct CRM webhook.
3. Bot gracefully handles unknown inputs by asking clarifying questions rather than crashing.
