WhatsApp Order Bot + Ecommerce

I need a production-ready WhatsApp chatbot that can guide customers through a product catalog/ inventory, collect details, take payment, and confirm the order—all from the chat window. Because I don’t yet have an online store yet, the project also involves setting up a new e-commerce platform for my physical goods and wiring it seamlessly to the bot.

Here’s what success looks like to me:

• A live WhatsApp Business API chatbot (Dialogflow, Twilio, or another suitable framework) that recognizes products, quantities, delivery options, and discount codes, then creates the corresponding order in the store’s backend.

• A brand-new e-commerce site or headless storefront with inventory, tax, shipping, and payment modules fully configured and synced to the WhatsApp catalog.

• Real-time stock updates and order status notifications flowing both ways so that the chat always shows accurate availability and customers receive automated shipping updates.

• A simple admin dashboard where I can update products, prices, and offers without touching code.

• Deployment, basic documentation, and a short hand-off session so I can manage day-to-day operations confidently.
