Key Functionality:
1. Proactive Start: The bot must initiate the conversation by sending a welcome message first.
2. Data Collection: The workflow is:
· Welcome message.
· Ask for and confirm the user's name.
· Ask the core question: "Did you receive an SMS regarding your health status report?" (Yes/No).
3. Branching Logic: Based on the answer, the bot will guide the user through a different series of follow-up questions.
4. Database & Export: All collected data (names, answers) must be saved in a database and be exportable to Excel/CSV.
