WhatsApp Customer Support Chatbot

I need a chatbot that lives directly inside WhatsApp and handles customer support conversations for me. The goal is to let visitors message my business, receive instant, accurate answers, and, when needed, hand the chat over to a live agent without breaking the flow.
My priorities are:
• Full deployment on the WhatsApp platform (this is the only channel I need for now).
• Reliable handling of common support queries—think FAQs, order status checks, and simple troubleshooting—using natural-language responses in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Easy escalation to a human agent and clear logging so I can review every chat later.
• A straightforward way for me to update replies or add new intents without touching code.
Please build on the official WhatsApp Business API or another compliant solution, set up the webhook/hosting, and deliver a tested bot I can switch on immediately. If you have examples of past WhatsApp support bots, feel free to share them when you send your proposal.
