WhatsApp Chatbot for Farm Queries

I need a conversational chatbot connected to my farm-to-table WhatsApp number so customers can fire off questions and get instant answers without waiting for a human reply. The bot’s main job is customer service: it should recognise and respond to inquiries about our product range, daily store hours and location, plus any general farm updates we share (seasonal availability, upcoming events, etc.).
