2. Lets me send personalised bulk messages—text plus images—to those saved contacts in one smooth action.
3. Presents all of this through a clean, professional-looking interface so the brand feels polished to every customer who interacts with us.
I’m open on whether the control panel is web, desktop, or mobile; the priority is ease of use and reliability. If the build relies on the WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or another approved gateway, please factor in compliance and message-throughput limits.
Deliverables I expect:
