WhatsApp Chatbot & Broadcast Automation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need my existing business-verified WhatsApp number connected to a smart, always-on chatbot. The first time a customer writes in, the bot must greet them instantly and present two key options inside the same conversation: 1) a quick form so they can place a new order and 2) a link that lets them check or update an order already in progress.
Day-to-day the bot’s main duty is answering customer inquiries without human intervention, but I also want the back-end set up so I can push a single message to a segmented list of leads whenever needed (think product launches or limited-time reminders).
Please handle the full flow—API configuration with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud or an equivalent provider, chatbot logic, message templates for Meta approval, and a simple dashboard where I can upload or tag contacts before broadcasting. Once everything is live, a brief hand-off call or screen-share showing me how to update questions, edit templates, and trigger bulk sends will be the final milestone.
