WhatsApp Business Data-Collect Chatbot

I need a WhatsApp Business chatbot that greets visitors, answers their basic questions, and—most importantly—captures structured information I can act on. The bot’s core job is to guide each user through a short dialogue, gather their details, and then forward the responses to me in a clean, pre-formatted template.

Data to capture
• Contact information (name, email, phone)
• Service inquiries or general requests
• Customer feedback or reviews
• Maintenance or other service requests

How the flow should work
1. The user starts a chat and is welcomed with a menu of quick-reply options.
2. Depending on the path they pick, the bot asks the relevant questions, validates obvious mistakes (e.g., phone number formats), and confirms the answers.
3. When the conversation ends, a summary template containing all user inputs is instantly sent to me—either by email, Google Sheet row, or a WhatsApp template message (whichever you recommend for reliability).

Tech preferences
I’m open to the Meta Cloud API, Twilio, or any comparable no-code/low-code platform you are confident with, so long as the final solution is stable on WhatsApp Business and easy for me to tweak later (for example, updating greeting text, adding a question, or changing office hours).
