WhatsApp Bulk Messaging Chatbot
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a WhatsApp-based solution that lets me broadcast personalised messages to every customer of my two-wheeler dealership and then continue the conversation automatically. The priority is a reliable bulk-messaging engine—powered by my own approved WhatsApp Business API—that can push promotions, service reminders and new-arrival alerts in one go while staying compliant with Meta policies.
Beyond the blast, the same chatbot must handle inbound queries on three points: product prices, current stock availability and any running offers. When a customer replies with something like “price of Activa” or “stock of Pulsar,” I want an instant, accurate answer pulled from data that I maintain. My preferred update method is a simple CSV upload: I’ll drop the latest stock list or pricing sheet, and the bot should refresh its responses without manual coding each time.
I’m open to whatever stack you’re strongest in—Python (Flask / FastAPI), Node.js, or even low-code tools—as long as the end result is:
• Fully functional WhatsApp Business API setup under my brand’s number
• Bulk-messaging module with segmentation and basic analytics (sent, delivered, read)
• Chatbot logic that parses free-text questions and returns price, stock or offer info from the most recent CSV
• Simple admin panel or CLI to upload the CSV and trigger campaigns
