I am looking for someone who can help me set up a WhatsApp Chatbot for my business to make customer interaction smooth, professional, and automated.
About My Business:
We run Perfect Collection, a wholesale manufacturer & supplier of ladies’ ethnic wear (suits, kurtis, etc.) based in Delhi. We supply exclusively to retailers and resellers, and customers usually reach us on WhatsApp asking for catalogs, business info, and product details.
What I Need:
• A WhatsApp chatbot that can reply in English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
• Ability to send PDF catalogs automatically when requested.
• Lead collection with all leads stored and transferred to my CRM.
• Handle basic queries like business info, minimum order, product availability, etc.
• ChatGPT integration (preferred) so replies feel natural and human-like.
• Easy-to-use dashboard for my team to manage chats and update catalogs.
My Preference:
If possible, I would prefer the solution to be linked with Interakt for WhatsApp API and automation.
