WhatsApp Botbee Flow Design

I run all of my outreach through WhatsApp and have Botbee in place, but I’m short on time to build the flows that turn conversations into fresh leads. I already handle chat monitoring myself; what I need from you is end-to-end creation and optimisation of new message flows specifically for marketing campaigns whose sole purpose is lead generation.

You’ll start by reviewing my current offer, ideal customer profile and any existing copy. From there, please map a concise customer journey, write engaging, on-brand messages, and set up every trigger, delay and condition inside Botbee so a prospect receives the right prompt at exactly the right moment. Once the flow is live, I’d like you to test it thoroughly, refine it based on open- and click-through data, and provide a short performance report so I know how many leads each sequence is producing.

• All copy, media attachments and tagging logic configured in the account
• A brief hand-off document outlining structure, triggers and suggested next steps
