I need a simple, reliable way to answer incoming WhatsApp messages without lifting a finger. Any time a chat arrives—day or night—the system should send a predefined automatic reply so customers know we’ve received their request and when they can expect a follow-up.

• A dashboard or editable text file where I can update the greeting and timing of the auto-response myself.
