WhatsApp API Support Integration Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m ready to launch a full-featured WhatsApp customer-support channel and need someone who already knows their way around both gupshup.ai and Twilio. The goal is straightforward: give our customers instant answers through a smart chatbot, let automated replies cover common queries 24/7, and provide a smooth hand-off to live agents whenever human help is needed.
You’ll connect our approved WhatsApp Business number to both platforms, configure the webhook and message flows, and make sure each system can:
• Trigger automated responses drawn from our FAQ or knowledge base
• Run a conversational bot that understands intents and escalates gracefully
• Transfer the session—including chat history—to a live agent inside our chosen dashboard (Twilio Flex, Gupshup’s Agent Console, or another tool you recommend)
Quality checks I’ll use to sign off: messages must be delivered in under two seconds, fallback to live agent must fire after any unrecognised intent or after three failed bot attempts, and all session data needs to appear in our CRM via a REST callback.
If you’ve implemented similar dual-platform setups before, especially where chatbot logic and agent takeover coexist, I’d love to see your work and hear how quickly you can have us testing in a sandbox.
