WhatsApp API Setup & Chatbot

I need the entire WhatsApp Business API stack configured from scratch so I can run promotional campaigns and collect new leads the same way ASBL real-estate does with its automated WhatsApp funnel.

Here is the flow I have in mind:

• Meta Business Manager and WhatsApp Business Account fully verified and connected to my dedicated phone number (I will provide the SIM and Facebook credentials).
• Message templates for campaigns created and submitted for approval, using both button-based options and quick replies so prospects can move through the funnel with a single tap.
• A lightweight, lead-generation chatbot hosted on my preferred cloud server that greets incoming users, captures name + contact details, tags the lead, and logs the conversation in a simple Google Sheet or CRM webhook.
• Basic analytics or webhook callbacks set up so I can see how many people start, drop off, and convert.

Acceptance criteria
1. Phone number shows “Official WhatsApp Business Account” inside Meta Business Manager.
2. At least three promotional message templates are approved and ready to use, each featuring buttons or quick replies.
3. Chatbot responds 24/7, walks users through the lead-capture sequence without errors, and stores data accurately.
4. Clear deployment instructions (or a one-click script) so I can move the bot to another server if needed.

Preferred tools: Meta Business Manager, Cloud-Hosted WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API or an on-prem gateway), Node.js or Python for the bot logic—feel free to use the stack you are fastest with as long as it keeps running costs low.
