I need a complete, working WhatsApp Business API account linked to app.aisensy so I can run an automated customer-support chatbot for my business. You’ll handle the application or migration to the official API, configure the number, connect everything to my app.aisensy workspace, and build the core conversation flows.
The bot must:
• reply with predefined answers to our most common FAQs,
• smoothly escalate anything complex to a live agent inside WhatsApp, and
• collect key details (name, contact info, and a short issue description) before handing off or sending a follow-up.
