1. The chat window of the website has its own chat function. In addition, it is based on linking with SNS(Telegram, Kaka talk, Line, Facebook ETC) group rooms.
2.API support
You need to support API for server, client, and web chat to make it usable by interworking with external systems.
Support to link data such as number of visitors / list of visitors / personal chat room.
3. IP blocking
You can block a specific user right away from the web chat user menu, or check the IP or IP band to block in the chat log and connect with the IP.
You need to block all users' access.
IP blocking should only be available to users with channel administrator privileges.
4.Personal channel
Participants participating in the channel open their own personal channel (chat channel title:...) in a public/private (entry password) method so that they can chat.
In the personal channel, it is possible to have a one-on-one conversation with the borrower, such as general chatting and personal notice participants expelled.
5. Multi-channel
A log function is provided for the conversation history of all users who have joined the channel.
