Virtual Assistant for Funnel & Chatbot Maintenance

VA #1 — Funnel & Chatbot Setup Specialist
(Landing Pages + Chatbot + Front-End Systems)

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the front end of our investor funnel, including landing pages and chat-based lead capture systems. This VA sets up the infrastructure that collects investor information and delivers our Special Reports.

SETUP RESPONSIBILITIES (Initial Phase):
Build and publish landing pages using Duda
Embed and configure chatbot using Landbot
Create chatbot flows that:
Offer a free Special Report
Ask qualifying borrower & property questions
Route qualified users to apply or book next steps
Test chatbot logic, conditional paths, and completion flow
Ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times
Coordinate with VA #2 to confirm CRM integration works correctly.

ONGOING WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES (Post-Launch):
Monitor chatbot completion rates
Identify drop-off points and suggest improvements
Update chatbot questions or logic as instructed
Make landing page edits (copy, CTA, layout tweaks)
Run weekly funnel tests to ensure no broken links

Submit a short weekly performance report:
Page visits
Chat starts
Chat completions

Landbot
Google Docs / Sheets

Schedule & Pay:
5 hours per day
5 days per week (25 hours/week)
$2 per hour: $50 per, $200/month

$100 for every funded loan

Trial Task:
A. Build a test landing page with a working chatbot that captures name, email, and property type.
B. Create a simple branching conversation with at least 3 qualifying questions.
C. Test on desktop and mobile and provide screenshots.
