VIETNAMESE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AQUARIUM SHOP IN SYDNEY
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Hi all, we are looking for a Vietnamese Customer Service person to help with our every day Customer Service for our lovely customers in Australia.
? Description:
- Support customers via Facebook chat, email and call phone
- Solve problems related to customers issue. Make sure all my customers are happy and everything resolve in the day and as soon as possible
- Also familiar with working with shopify shop and process oberlo order is an advantage
- Salary can be negotiated depend on your experience, skills and responsibility in work.
? Requirement:
- Must be able to work FULL Time and long hours needed, not separate for others job
- Be able to work at 9 Sydney time
- Must be familiar with CS and can work under pressure
- Have at least 2 years of experience in this field and love to serve customer needs or the urge to learn and do the position
- Willing to learn new things and have ideas for solving-problem
- Can speak and write English fluently
*This is a long term position , you will have the chance to learn and growth with the business. We are catering aquarium products to Australian so must have a good command of booth voice and none voice Customer service.
