Urgent Chatbot Setup Assistance

I need a seasoned chatbot developer who can move fast and give me a working solution within days, not weeks. At this stage I’m looking for a focused, minimal-viable build that shows the core flow, so please keep the scope lean and pragmatic.

What I’m after
• A conversational bot that can greet users, answer a small set of common questions, and hand off to a live agent or email form when it reaches its limits.
• The platform is flexible—website widget, mobile SDK, or a social channel are all acceptable. I’ll choose the one you recommend once we discuss hosting costs and ease of maintenance.
• Basic NLP is fine; I don’t need heavy machine-learning right now, just solid intent/response matching with room to expand later.
• A short hand-over guide (how to edit intents, where to update answers, and how to deploy to a new channel).

Nice-to-have (not mandatory)
– Simple analytics dashboard or Google Analytics event hooks
– Ability to escalate to human chat via email or WhatsApp
