Tidio (chatbot) expert to help set up a small sample tree of conditional logic/rule based flow

I have used tidio for a long time but i am now adding more features and find it cant do what i need. I have found other more simple apps that suit my requirements better. I am sure that tidio has the power but i just dont understand the flow. What i want is for someone to understand what i want out of tidio and to set an small sample flow so that i can see how to achieve what i need and build on that myself.

I am open to new apps besides tidio but must be reasonable subscription fees which is the reason i prefer not to use my current app which has ridiculous prices
