Mapping something like:
During office hours.. live chat comes up with FAQs
If I do not respond - the customer is prompted to leave contact details.
I need someway of allocating to the member of staff if I am not available.??
Outside office hours
Customer prompted to ask question and we will respond later with an email.
I have Faq content written.
