Telegram FAQ Response Bot
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I want to put a smart FAQ assistant inside my Telegram channel so customers receive instant answers to our most common support questions without waiting for a human agent. The core requirement is automated responses: whenever a user asks something that matches one of our predefined customer-support FAQs, the bot should reply with the correct answer in the chat (public group or private DM, depending on where it is triggered).
I will supply an initial list of Q&A pairs in CSV or JSON; the bot needs to load these on start-up and allow me to update them quickly—either by hot-reloading the file or through an admin-only /add and /remove command. A simple fallback (“Thanks, a live agent will reply shortly”) should fire when a question falls outside the knowledge base. If the bot can also log unanswered questions to a separate admin chat, that would be a plus because it helps me enrich the FAQ over time.
Please build it with a common stack such as Python (python-telegram-bot) or Node.js (Telegraf), keeping the code well commented so I can maintain it. Hosting will be on my own VPS, so a short README with setup instructions and token management is required.
Deliverables:
• Source code and README with installation steps
• Configurable FAQ data file and instructions for editing it
• Admin commands (/add, /remove, /list) or an equally simple update method
• Error-handling and graceful fallback message
• Short live demo or screenshots confirming the bot responds correctly to at least ten sample FAQs
