I run all customer conversations through Telegram and need help keeping every chat timely and professional. The flow I have in mind blends smart automation with a human touch: simple, repetitive queries should trigger preset replies, while anything nuanced or sensitive will be handled manually so the person on the other end always feels heard.
Your role covers two parts. First, we’ll build or fine-tune a lightweight auto-reply setup for common questions—think keyword triggers rather than a heavyweight bot framework. Second, you’ll step in for live responses whenever the script hands off, maintaining a friendly, clear tone and logging any issues I need to see.
Fluent written Indonesian is essential, and being comfortable switching between automation tools (for example, Telegram Bots or a simple webhook service) and direct chat is a must. Reliability matters more than speed; I’d rather every message be answered accurately than rushed.
Deliverables I expect:
• A working auto-reply configuration on my Telegram account, tested end-to-end
• Prompt, manual replies during agreed-upon hours for anything the automation flags
• Brief weekly summary of common questions and suggested script tweaks
