I need a simple yet reliable solution that picks up every incoming message on my Telegram account and responds automatically so the conversation never goes cold. The tone of each reply should feel natural and friendly—nothing robotic—while still signalling that a human will follow up later if needed.

Core goal
• Maintain customer interaction around the clock by sending timely, automated responses on Telegram.

What I expect from you

• An easy way for me to update or expand the reply texts without touching code.
• Logging or basic analytics so I can review who contacted us and when replies were sent.

Acceptance check
The bot must:
1. Detect every direct message sent to the specified Telegram account.
2. Send the predefined greeting/holding response within a few seconds.
3. Keep running unattended for at least 24 hours in a test window without dropping messages.
