AI Support Agent / Chatbot on Instagram

We're building a chatbot on Instagram to communicate with customers who responded to our instagram post and have commented a certain word.
The sequence is written and most of it is build but our current head of technology is having a new child so he won't be available to finish it.
We're looking for a new head of technology long term but starting with the chatbot. You need to be skilled, efficient and fast.
