Stage 1 AI AGENT: Botpress + Make Developer for Multichannel AI Assistant — (Scheduling & FAQs via WhatsApp / Email)

1. Stage 1 will deliver a production-ready flow that lets customers:
- Book, check, modify and cancel appointments.
- Receive instant answers to ~20 Frequently Asked Questions.
- See real-time availability from a shared Google Calendar.
- Send reminders & confirmations via whatsapp and email (Gmail)

NOTE: All flows must be built with Botpress (v12+), orchestrated in Make.com, and store data in Google Sheets + Google Calendar.

2. Functional Scope – Stage 1:
Appointment management:
- Booking, rescheduling, cancellation and holiday blocking.
- Collision handling across two individual calendars.

FAQ module:
- Train intents / entities for ~20 FAQs.
- Fallback route that tags an operator if confidence < 0.6.

Reminders & confirmations
- Reminder 24 h before the cut.
- Re-confirmation request the night before; flag no-shows.

Logging & analytics hooks
- Push each interaction (UID, intent, status, timestamps) to Google Sheets for later dashboards.

3. Deliverables:
- Full ownership transfer.
- All source code, Make scenarios, Botpress flows, scripts, assets and message templates under my Git repository.
- All services (Twilio, Google APIs, Google Sheets) must be created with generic credentials for me to reassign them to my own.
- No part of the solution may depend on servers, accounts or licenses controlled by the freelancer after delivery.
- Written confirmation that all intellectual-property rights are exclusively assigned to me upon final payment.
- Version-controlled Git repo with Botpress flows and Make scenarios.
- Twilio WhatsApp sandbox fully configured.
- Google Sheets base and Google Calendar structure.
- Documentation (architecture, deployment, troubleshooting).
- < 5 min end-to-end video demo.
- 15 calendar days of post-delivery bug-fix support.
