I’m looking for a streamlined, text-only chatbot that can live inside my social-media inbox and deal exclusively with sales inquiries. The goal is simple: when someone messages my page, the bot should greet them, ask the right qualifying questions, display product or price details, and keep the conversation moving until either a purchase link is shared or a hand-off to me is triggered.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear conversational flow that covers greetings, product discovery, pricing, upsells, FAQs, and graceful escalation to a human agent
• All copy written in concise, persuasive language that fits my brand voice
• Setup or step-by-step integration instructions for the social platform’s messaging API (ManyChat, Chatfuel, Dialogflow, or a native solution—whichever you prefer)
• End-to-end testing so I can see the bot handle typical sales questions without breaking
