Set up a chat box on my website (PHP and Laravel) using Jira (Atlassian) and Aircall

I currently have an account with Aircall (aircall.io) which allows for SMS messages back and forth to customers.
I would like to set up a chat box on my website which allows users to message us via the Aircall SMS account.
Aircall uses Jira (Atlassian) software for their chat box.
Currently using a Whatsapp chat box, however, this isn't ideal for those without Whatsapp accounts and on desktops.
