Sales-Driven IG & WhatsApp Chatbot

I need my Instagram and WhatsApp channels wired up with ManyChat so every incoming DM or message instantly guides prospects toward booking and, most importantly, captures their details for follow-up sales.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:

• Instagram DM and WhatsApp messages trigger a friendly auto-reply that requests name, email, and phone.
• Data is stored inside ManyChat and pushed to my CRM/Google Sheet in real time.
• Prospects are invited to pick an appointment slot; once chosen, they receive automated reminders.
• Quick-reply buttons and keyword triggers keep the conversation moving without human intervention.

Everything must run smoothly inside ManyChat, comply with Meta policies, and be fully tested in both the Instagram and WhatsApp environments. When you hand it over, I want to see live demos, access to all flows, and clear notes on how to adjust copy or timings myself later.
