Job Description:
> About the Project:
I’m looking for an experienced developer (or team) to build a custom AI-powered chatbot tailored for real estate agents and agencies. This chatbot will engage website visitors, qualify leads through smart questioning, and integrate with Monday.com and Slack for streamlined lead management and instant team notifications.
This is not a one-off gig! If we work well together, this can turn into ongoing projects, maintenance contracts, and a long-term partnership as we scale this solution to more clients.
What I Need:
A chatbot that asks visitors tailored questions, evaluates lead quality, and categorizes them (low, mid, high quality).
Seamless integration with Monday.com (to create/update lead dashboards automatically).
Instant alerts in Slack when new quality leads are added, showing agent teams all relevant contact details.
Deployment on client websites (possibly via simple embed code or WordPress plugin).
Ability to handle future updates, maintenance, and feature enhancements (paid separately).
Ideal Skills:
Experience developing AI chatbots, ideally for lead generation or real estate industries.
Knowledge of APIs (Slack, Monday.com, etc.).
Clean coding practices & documentation.
Understanding of user experience (for chatbot conversations).
Bonus: Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, or other modern frameworks.
Project Scope:
Initial development of one chatbot, with the potential for multiple bots as we onboard clients.
Flexible payment terms: Initial build fee + monthly maintenance fees (negotiable).
IP ownership terms to be discussed upfront (we’re flexible for the right partnership).
