We are building an AI-powered, multilingual chatbot to assist users in accessing information. The chatbot will run on interactive touchscreen displays and support Marathi, Hindi and English languages.
Core Features:
Users can speak or type queries in their preferred language.
The chatbot will provide clear, audio + text responses in Marathi and Hindi (with English optional).
It will answer frequently asked questions.
The chatbot should support an offline mode using preloaded content, and sync when internet connectivity is available.
It will log user queries and responses for reporting and improvement purposes.
Require analytics reports of users interaction.
Optional Enhancements:
Display relevant visuals or short videos alongside the answer.
Technical Notes:
The dataset for FAQs and responses will be predefined and not required to fetch from the internet.
The system must work in offline mode and sync logs when network becomes available for any new data updates.
All user interactions and queries should be locally logged for future analytics.
Admin Portal Requirement:
A web-based admin panel must be developed with the ability to:
- Upload or update the chatbot dataset (CSV, Excel, or JSON)
- View logs of user queries and interactions
- Monitor system health and chatbot usage (basic analytics)
Once updated, the dataset should be synced securely to the local chatbot system (via USB, SD card, or local network)
