AI-Powered Mobile Chat Application -- 2

I need a brand-new chat application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core of the product is real-time messaging organised in public and private channels, but what makes this project special is the native AI layer I’d like woven into the experience.

Here are the specific AI capabilities I want to see fully functional from day one:
• Chatbot for automated responses inside every channel or direct message
• Predictive text suggestions that learn from user behaviour to speed up typing
• Voice recognition so users can dictate messages or trigger hands-free commands

Beyond those features, the usual essentials apply: secure user authentication, push notifications, and a clean, modern UI. If you already have experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native, or you build natively in Swift and Kotlin, let me know—either route works for me as long as performance stays high.

At hand-off I expect a compiled app ready for TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing, full source code in a private Git repository, and brief documentation so my in-house team can continue future iterations.
