AI-Powered E-Commerce Website Build -- 2

I’m launching a brand-new online store and want it built from the ground up with clever AI woven into the experience. The core of the project is a full-featured e-commerce site—clean, responsive design, smooth checkout, secure payments, the works—plus two smart additions:

• An on-site recommendation engine that learns from browsing and purchase history to suggest the right products in real time.
• A conversational chatbot that handles common questions, guides shoppers through products, and hands off to live support when needed.

I’m open to the stack you feel most comfortable with (Shopify + custom apps, WooCommerce with Python/Node microservices, React + headless CMS, etc.) as long as the end result is fast, mobile-first, and easy for me to manage.

Deliverables will include the deployed site, source code in a Git repo, brief training so I can manage inventory and offers, and documentation for both AI components (models or third-party services used, how to retrain or update, and any API keys or environment variables).
