Pediatric Oncology Chatbot Development

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with the development and optimization of a Dialogflow CX chatbot designed for use in pediatric oncology and hematology. The chatbot will serve as an interface for collecting patient information and conducting a survey/questionnaire as part of a research project.

Project Requirements:

Dialogflow CX Development:
-Refine and enhance the existing draft project in Dialogflow CX, focusing on intents, entities, and conversation flow.
-Implement advanced branching logic to ensure user engagement and accurate data collection.

Multi-Language Support:
-The chatbot must support multiple languages, starting with English and expanding to others.

REDCap Integration:
-Integrate the chatbot with REDCap for secure data transfer and storage, using encrypted channels and UUID generation.

Weighted Calculations:
-Incorporate weighted scoring for responses based on predefined criteria to influence outcomes and recommendations.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience with Dialogflow CX and multi-language setup.
-Experience with API integration (preferably with REDCap) and ensuring data security.
-Familiarity with implementing weighted logic in chatbot systems.
