Project Overview We need an experienced integration specialist/Automation engineer to build a complete omnichannel communication system that centralizes all customer interactions in GoHighLevel (GHL). This system will integrate voice AI, multi-channel chatbots, and intelligent automation to create a unified customer experience. Core Technologies: * GoHighLevel - Central CRM and control hub * Fonio Voice AI - German voice assistant for phone calls and appointment booking * n8n - Automation and middleware workflows * OpenAI - AI models for chatbot intelligence * Pinecone - Vector database for knowledge base and semantic search * Meta Business Account - WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, Instagram integration * Supabase - Optional: Persistent chat memory and database Project Goal: Create a seamless system where all customer conversations (voice calls, website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs) are automatically synchronized to GoHighLevel, enabling our team to manage everything from one central platform.
