I am looking for a developer who can create a Blenderbot 2.0 based chatbot for Android. Chatbot API to run on my Apache shared web server.
CHATBOT to write out text and option to speak out responses. Ability for user to pick from several mail or female voices.
Ability for user to change background and chatbots picture.
The primary purpose of the chatbot is to entertain users. I have a specific theme for the chatbot's conversations and I am looking for advanced, human-like responses from the chatbot. Therefore, I require developers with the following skills and experience:
