Microsoft Teams / Open AI / Chatbot

I am in need of a proficient freelancer to develop a chatbot for my business, utilizing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, OpenAI, and Zapier. The main function of this chatbot will be to retrieve information from a designated document stored on Google Drive to answer queries posed by users in a specific Microsoft Teams channel.
We have chosen to use Microsoft Teams as our chat interface, Google Drive for our document storage, OpenAI to provide Natural Language Processing capabilities, and Zapier to handle various integrations.
The chatbot system must be designed with scalability and repeatability in mind. It should allow for easy duplication or creation of additional bots, in the event that there are more documents from which the bot would need to draw information. This feature would enable me to establish new bots independently, as required.
I'm open to alternative suggestions or improvements for the chatbot development as well. The specifications outlined above serve as a preliminary idea, and I welcome your expertise in refining it.
