Key Deliverables:
1) Full Chatbot Development: Design, build, and integrate a ManyChat chatbot tailored to our product offerings and customer support needs.
2) E-Commerce Integration: Enable direct sales of Flat Markers and Urns through the chatbot, including product selection, customization, and payment processing.
3) Lead Generation: Implement strategies within the chatbot to capture leads for Headstone inquiries, directing them towards quote requests.
4) User Journey Customization: Craft compassionate and supportive dialogues that guide customers through their purchasing journey, reflecting our brand’s tone.
