My existing WhatsApp chatbot in ManyChat needs a slight modification. Currently integrated with AI via ChatBase and Make, the bot is functional but requires fine-tuning to improve customer interaction.
Upon receiving a message from a customer, the bot should:
- Send a greeting message (text only)
- Await the customer's next message
The customer's second message should be processed and responded to by ChatBase, which should employ machine learning-based responses.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
