ManyChat Quiz Development for Lead Generation

I'm in need of an expert in ManyChat who can assist me in creating a quiz aimed at generating leads through Instagram. The quiz will consist of multiple choice questions, and I will provide the specific details and content of the quiz.

I want to create a quiz on Many Chat
The quiz will have 4 questions with multiple choice answers.I will provide all of the content, for the quiz, questions and results. This part is already created.
if the person chooses mostly answer a's will give an answer,
Mostly answer b’s will give another answer,
Mostly answer c’s will give another answer,
Mostly answer d’s will give another answer,
The options for answers have more than 2O characters so text boxes must be used and not short replys
I will need a link for the quiz so that I can also share it as well as using it in automated chats from comments
The user must be following my account in order to do the quiz and will need to send their email address which should be collected and the flow should ask them this.
Please send me an estimated time frame of when this could be competed by and approximately how many hours it will take. I understand this will be an estimation and of course may change during the project..
