I already have an automated-marketing WhatsApp bot built and running on its own environment; what I am missing is the live connection to my verified WhatsApp number so real customers actually receive the campaigns. Your task is to complete that bridge.
Here is the scenario in plain terms: the bot’s purpose is to push promotional offers automatically and answer incoming messages with predefined quick replies so users stay engaged without waiting for a human. All the logic, copy, and scheduling rules are handled on my side; what I need from you is the technical setup that allows the bot to send and receive messages through the official WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or a comparable compliant gateway—happy to follow your recommendation as long as it remains fully compliant with WhatsApp rules).
Core deliverables
• Connect my existing bot codebase to my WhatsApp Business number through an approved API/gateway.
• Ensure outbound promotional messages reach recipients and inbound messages trigger the quick-reply flows exactly as they do in our test console.
• Provide a short hand-off document (or screencast) covering authentication setup, webhook/end-point details, and what to do if the access token expires.
Acceptance criteria
1. I can trigger a test promotional broadcast from the bot and see it arrive on my personal device.
2. When I reply, the correct quick-reply options appear instantly.
3. No red “failed” statuses appear in the API console for either direction.
If you have already navigated Meta’s approval flow or similar carrier verification hurdles, that experience will be a plus because I want this live as soon as possible.
