Lead Generation Chatbot

We need to improve our chatbot asking information to visitors in order to reach them by phone. The chatbot sends user info to HubSpot via Zapier. We would like to improve the chatbot adding new features and following conversions:
- Send user info to an Airtable or Google Sheets spreadsheet
- Follow conversions into the chatbot with Google Analytics integration
- Connect Chatwoot Live Chat system : at the end of the flow, let the user choose if he/she wants to be contacted by phone or talk with us via live chat
