Kick Chat Bot for Live Stream Interaction

I want a Kick chat bot that can connect to a live stream chat when I provide the stream link. The bot should be able to send messages into the chat in a controlled and customizable way.
I need a system where I can prepare multiple messages in advance, and each message can be unique. I should be able to edit or change these messages anytime from a panel or config.
When I trigger the bot, it should start sending these messages into the live chat one by one, not all at once. I want control over the interval between messages (for example, every few seconds), so it looks natural and not spammy.
