This project aims to integrate Zoho Sales IQ Zohobot with ChatGPT, a large language model, to build a chatbot that can provide accurate and relevant answers to clients' questions and intake leads when necessary. The integration of ChatGPT with Zoho Sales IQ Zohobot will allow the chatbot to leverage the knowledge base of Zoho Desk and provide personalized solutions to clients' queries.
The project will involve fine-tuning ChatGPT on the Zoho Desk knowledge base of 250 FAQ , which will enable the chatbot to provide accurate and relevant answers to clients' questions. The chatbot will also be trained to recognize lead generation opportunities and guide clients through the lead capture process.
