Integrate WhatsApp, Telegram & RASA with Chatwoot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The project involves connecting WhatsApp (using Baileys API), Telegram, and RASA with my Chatwoot instance.
Key functionalities needed from this integration:
- Sending and receiving messages from Chatwoot using Baileys and Telegram as channels to deliver the message
- Tracking conversation history seamlessly
- Use RASA for NLU responses
In terms of message automation, I require:
- Using predefined templates for certain responses
- Implementing AI-driven responses for more dynamic interactions
Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of both Chatwoot and the mentioned platforms. Experience with AI and scripting is essential. Please include examples of similar projects you've worked on in your proposal.
This is a simplified version of the more complete project that we will want to complete after this one is finished that includes real time translations with RASA and also N8N integration, the complete project can be seen in the attached document.
Our priority right now is to get this initial project ready within one week to then go onto the more complex items that are in the word document.
