IVR using Twilio + Java + front end + chatgpt

Intelligent IVR with TTS, STT designed to replicate the work of a collection agent: contacting people, verifying identity and proceeding/negotiating to collect outstanding payment. The chosen person will work in tandem with our existing lead developer and must be an expert with Twilio and Java, with front end knowledge and has built intelligent IVRs previously leveraging chatgpt. A small portion is already built on Twilio and Java and is in testing phase. We have very aggressive timelines.
