IBM Watson Chatbot Project Completion -- 2

I have an IBM Watson chatbot that is close to completion. We have made a bot the makes wills and other legal documents. There is also coding involved for user membership. My current coder is not helping me finish and I am ready to replace him with someone else. There are several moving parts which I will disclose as we discuss the project.
